Matthew founded Hive Bev to challenge the conventional beverage landscape—creating products that reflect how people want to live today: cleaner, simpler, and better. As the owner of Georgia Honey Farm, Matthew found inspiration in honey and its natural relationship with green tea. His science-mind soon got to work on a fermentation process that would turn the combination into a masterful blend of flavor and benefits. After a year in R&D developing the first four flavors, BeePop was finally perfected using natural ingredients, prebiotic fiber, and no added sweeteners besides honey.
Matthew has built and led businesses across multiple industries, developing a hands-on approach to growth, product, and brand building. He believes the strongest companies are built through focus, discipline, and an uncompromising commitment to quality.

Pete, Matthew’s brother and business partner, leads Hive Bev’s operations, ensuring the business scales with consistency, efficiency, and precision. From production to partnerships, he is responsible for translating Hive Bev’s vision into execution that excites customers. That means Pete’s the guy who takes us places we’ve never been before.
Pete brings a structured mindset with a focus on building systems that support long-term growth while maintaining product integrity. At Hive Bev, Pete makes sure the BeePop brand delivers at every level, from formulation to shelf.

Mark has the big-picture attitude Hive relies on to help our reach grow. Mark leads Hive Bev’s commercial strategy, driving growth across retail, distribution, on premise and partnerships. He is responsible for getting BeePop into the hands of more and more people, and building the relationships that make that possible.
Mark’s focus is on expanding Hive Bev’s footprint while building strong, lasting relationships across the market. With experience in scaling companies and leading go-to-market execution, Mark brings a results-driven approach to building sustainable growth.
At Hive Bev, he oversees sales, distribution, and market expansion, while holistically strengthening the brand.

Robert’s sales savvy guides the way for making products accessible. Robert leads Hive’s sales execution, working closely with retail partners and distributors to drive consistent, scalable growth across markets. He brings a hands-on approach to sales, focused on building real relationships with real people and understanding what moves products off the shelf.
At Hive, Robert is responsible for day-to-day sales performance, account management, and supporting the expansion of Hive’s retail footprint.

Scott brings a deep passion for craft and creativity to Hive’s product development. As Brewmaster, he is responsible for formulation, flavor innovation, and maintaining the quality standards behind every product.
Before joining Hive, Scott founded Burnt Hickory Brewery in Georgia, one of the state’s early craft breweries, where he built a reputation for bold, unconventional beers and a fiercely independent approach to brewing. His philosophy is rooted in doing things a little differently to ensure every beverage delivers a distinct and memorable experience.
